What people love about touring Latin America solo
- Central American Highlights
There was an optional (self-guided) bike ride on the afternoon of arrival. These arrangements were a bit chaotic. We had to wait an hour after to the ride in order to return the bikes.
- Epic Mexico to Costa Rica
This tour is a combination of two other tours. First three week section of the tour was brilliant; great places, very knowledgeable guide, great activities. The last two weeks in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Costa Rica were boring by comparison. If we spent two days in a place often there were only enough activities to fill one day. In places where there were options they often weren't appealing enough for anyone else in the group to want to do them, meaning it was do it alone or don't do it. I thoroughly recommend the first section of the tour but I don't recommend the second part.
- Central American Journey
Everything went good, smooth and without incidents
