Jordan Group Tours by Locals | 5★ Hotels & Expert GuidesI was very impressed by the organisation, communication and itinerary of the Enchanting Jordan tour offered by Hawari Travels. My driver for the whole tour, Mohammad Madi, was cheerful, informative and caring, which was especially important as I was a senior female travelling alone. I had a great professionally-guided tour of Petra, was pleasantly surprised by Little Petra, enjoyed my individual cooking class with a local family (and then eating the dish for lunch), enjoyed the desert experience of Wadi Rum, found the church at Mt Nebo, which displayed original floor and wall ceramic art, very beautiful and found floating in the Dead Sea a novel experience. As I had a full day before my return flight home Hawari Travel organised (at extra cost) a visit to the impressive Roman ruins of Jerash and a tour of Amman city (plus dinner) before being dropped at the airport. Luckily, Mr Madi was available for this extra day. Overall, I had an excellent tour and I leave with fond memories of Jordan and the Jordanian people.
