This 14-day trip with Rumara Safaris was beyond our expectations. Every day is a different experience - first of all enjoying the natural beauty of Arusha National Park. Then I was fascinated by the huge herd of elephants in Tarangire. Coming down to Ngorongoro Crater, it was like seeing so many animals together. The lions and leopards of Masai Mara have brought an absolutely thrilling moment. To see the Great Migration standing in the infinite wilderness of Serengeti is truly an experience of a lifetime. Gorilla trekking at the end of the journey has added a special joy to our journey. Noel took care of us the whole way, and Charity's plan made everything easy and memorable.
14 Days Serengeti, Masai Mara & Gorilla Trekking ExperienceFantastic trip! Everything was as described, and organised perfectly by Manache our leader, and Steve our driver. We camped in amazing places, some next to National Parks or on beaches, some with swimming pools. On Zanzibar accommodation was perfect right on the beach. We saw all the animals you could hope for, including the gorillas and chimpanzees, Of course there were long dusty drives but you are in Africa. There was always plenty of food for us to cook and we enjoyed the meals cooked by the teams with Nash's guidance. I wish I had booked the 73 day Absolute Safari! I will be back to do the second half!
Wildlife and Spice IslandHad a great time on the overland safari, making new and lasting friends with like-minded people. Absolute Africa is certainly recommended for value-for-money trip of a lifetime!
