Baltic Guided Tours & Trips
Ever looked toward the Baltic countries? Vilnius Old Town is filled with Baroque churches and narrow streets, while Trakai Castle stands on an island between lakes. Pazaislis Monastery reflects the region’s religious history. The Curonian Spit mixes sand dunes and forest, and in Latvia, Riga’s old houses and churches line the historic centre.

In general, it was good trip, to see all 4 Baltic capitals: historical Vilnius, gorgeous Riga, beautiful old town of Tallin, mostly modern build Helsinki. The accommodation at Radisson Blu hotels gave additional benefit to this tour. The rich breakfasts, great customer service, comfortable beds, cleanliness gsvecfeeling of great satisfaction. Inga, our tour guide, is very nice person. She organized the group and managed to get everywhere on time. "No one leaves behind". :) In Riga she gave us very interesting sightseeing wolking tour, same as in Tallin and Vilnius. We had very nice and unforgettable experiencse at Rundāle Palace Museum and in Trakai in Lithuania. It was nice experience of travel on ferry from Tallin to Helsinki. But, it was very late arrival and on Sunday to hotel. The Hotel was located just beside the port, almost no place to have a dinner. We barely found place at last minute to get dome to eat. It would be great if transportation to Helsinki would be earlier. Also, it was offered very little amount of excursons included in the tour. Almost all interesting places was offered as optional and for additional charge. It was definitely almost twice overpriced and expencive. So, people from our group on majority of this excursions didn't go. It's unfortunate. I and my wife did few of those "optionals" on our own. It was much cheaper. I am sure, Tourradar should reevaluate the prices and include more in the tour itself. Or, make prices for optional excursions more affordable and appropriate. One more: It's our second tour with Tourradar. First one was at Balkan countries couple of years ago. Simon was our guide. He succeeded to make our group all together as a one body. We had a lot of fun together - group of 43 people. In this tour, at Baltic countries, our group was about 30 people, but it was different - multiple dmall groups, or sporadic conversations. I guess, because too much optional excursions and so, too much free of group time. Less fun.
