As you’ll note in our WhatsApp texts and other chats to you, we did experience a couple of glitches during our trip—arranged pickups not showing up, etc. But we were able to contact TourRadar and get things worked out, as well as getting refunded on activities that were cancelled. ( Still waiting on that. ) Everything was worth the price we paid except for the day trip to Morocco. It was not pleasant and we would not do it again.
Spain & Portugal highlights W/Optional Moroccan Day TripI had never traveled in a group before, and it was such a wonderful experience. I met really nice people. I appreciated that the lodgings and transportation were handled, allowing me to concentrate solely on exploring. In 3 weeks you visit 3 continents and it is amazing to change cultures, scenery and landscapes. We had many different guides in each cities. We have been directed by a tour director speaking English and Spanish. Fernando was very kind with every one. The bus was comfortable and inclining seats. Food was fair usually. Well there are also many negative issues to resolve by the company. We just ran in some cities such as Lisbon and Porto and changed a couple of time bus. It is some kind of hop on and hop off bus. The hotels were mediocre in Morocco so I recommend you to upgrade during your booking. Wi-Fi in the bus rarely worked. No wifi service in Morocco at all. Better to purchase a local SIM card. Overall I really liked this trip and I recommend.
Spain, Portugal and Morocco (Small Group)Went to Spain. Morocco and Portugal. Beautiful views. Met nice people from over the world and places visited. Morocco was an eye opening. The tour guides Uma, Eyub, Nayim were the best explaining their costumes. Tour guides in Spain Hiren, Alejandro, female locals guides from Seville and Madrid that can't recall their names now were great and funny. Had an issue with a guide coming back from Portugal to Madrid was a long trip and had a smaller bus. We were cramped in the back while he had an available seat next to him and an empty seat by the driver and he couldn't give it to anyone. That was a very uncomfortable and hot drive back for many hrs even though stop for breaks. Would have given 5 stars but this was really bad for our sore backs. If u are willing to travel sometimes fast pace, getting up early and changing hotels, buses, people constantly this could be for you with Europamundo. Some foods and transportation are not included so be prepared for that too.

Best time to visit Spain, Portugal and Morocco
- Summer 2026
The peak summer tours run a thoughtful mix of Spanish and Moroccan highlights, blending comfort with smart scheduling through the warmest months. Our Madrid departures flow naturally through Porto's waterfront quarter and Coimbra's historic university, leading into vibrant Lisbon. The Morocco segments are carefully planned - you'll discover Fez's artisan workshops early in the day, meet local families at their cooperatives during mild hours and drift into Marrakech's Djemaa el-Fna as evening performers appear. Travelers often mention how much they appreciate having air-conditioned transport between stops and Spanish guides who perfectly time activities around midday heat. The 18-day journeys strike an excellent balance, weaving together cultural visits to the Alhambra Palace, peaceful afternoons catching Atlantic breezes in Essaouira and also quiet nights in traditional Atlas Mountain gites. Our customers consistently note how well the routes mix indoor experiences like Porto cellar tastings with outdoor activities at cooler times - from dawn walks through medieval Salamanca to desert camel rides as the sun sets over the Sahara.

- Fall / Autumn 2026
The autumn tours connecting Spain, Portugal and Morocco run 20-21 days with smaller groups, which our customers love especially during September and October. It kicks off with evening tapas in Madrid before heading into Portugal, mixing UNESCO sites with real local experiences along the way. You might find yourself at a traditional Fado show in Porto, learn to cook in a Fez kitchen and also try some flamenco steps in Granada. The Morocco portion works really well this time of year - there's time to wander Chefchaouen's blue medina, visit family workshops in Fez and stop at women's cooperatives too. Our recent travelers tell us having expert guides really helped them navigate the cultural shifts between Europe and North Africa during these comfortable autumn months.

- Winter 2026 / 2027
Winter tours weaving through Spain, Portugal and Morocco last between 18-22 days, giving you a mix of cultural experiences in milder temperatures. Multi-country journeys have become quite popular with our travelers since the cooler weather makes those walking tours through Cordoba's Jewish Quarter and Granada's Arab neighborhoods much more pleasant. The routes from Madrid lead you into Porto's riverside heritage district, then across to Morocco where winter temperatures create ideal conditions for wandering Fez's craft workshops and Marrakech's traditional souks. Our guides excel at helping visitors navigate cultural nuances, which proves especially valuable when exploring Morocco's bustling medinas during peak winter season. You'll stay in authentic Moroccan riads and heritage properties throughout Spain's historic centers, though we recommend booking early as winter draws plenty of visitors avoiding summer's intense heat. The combination of visits to Granada's Alhambra Palace with explorations of Lisbon's Alfama quarter works particularly well in winter, when you can take time to appreciate the intricate architectural details instead of rushing through to escape the summer sun.

- Spring 2027
Spring tours through these three countries really shine in April and May when temperatures are perfect for exploring. Our most popular 18-day routes start in Madrid, taking you through Salamanca's university quarter before crossing into Portugal. What makes these special is how they combine guided visits to Porto's riverside cellars and Coimbra's ancient university with plenty of free time to wander. Our travelers consistently praise the local guides in places like Lisbon's Alfama district and Seville's Santa Cruz quarter. The journey through Morocco in spring is particularly good - you'll explore Fez's craft workshops when artisans are most active and also visit Marrakech's Djemaa el-Fna square when the evening entertainment is in full swing but temperatures are mild.
