All other guests on the Great Ocean Road and Beyond tour cancelled and they wanted to reschedule our tour to a latter week, which was impossible for us. Nikki said she wouldn't let us down and worked with us so we got our tour when we needed it. Brenton, our guide was super, friendly, personable, willing to find answers to our questions, if he didn't know them, and an excellent driver. Small town hotels were not the Ritz, but clean and comfortable. First part of tour has interesting sites along the coast line and a surprise tour of a dormant volcano caldera with many koalas. Latter part of tour through rural farming areas, interesting but repetitive.

Itinerary good overall - some interesting places visited. Some stops a bit rushed. Guide was good, friendly and helpful. Some of the venues for food could be improved. Overall fun tour. Thank you!

Had a fantastic 3 days on the great ocean Road & Grampians tour. Saw so many iconic coastal sights on the first day, with a more relaxed second and third day, beautiful hike & views points out over the mountains. Our guide Sam’s was so knowledgeable - his commentary and jovial approach built camaraderie in the group and ensured a good time was had by all.
