What people love about touring North America solo
- Yellowstone & Rocky Mountain Explorer
Best Tour Ever! Yellowstone Tour from Las Vegas with Bindlestiff Tours, 7 Days. I completed this tour in 2018 and it was hands down the best tour I have ever taken! WOW! The parks are amazing, that goes without saying and I have photos and memories to last a lifetime. Bindlestiff Tours was a pleasure to deal with- they communicated with me quickly and professionally prior to my tour with accurate and useful information. We even received a packing list and weather update a week or two out. Our tour guide was exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable and gave plenty of in depth area information which was both entertaining and interesting! At each location we were given ample time to explore ether at our own leisure or as part of the out group- the guide always made sure that all of our interested and walking abilities were catered for. Great food, great company, I enjoyed the small group aspect of the tour with only 14 guests it made it easy to make new friends and we had some great evenings together around the campfire. I am vegetarian and was fully catered for. This company really does care! The bus was brand new and extremely spacious and comfortable and the camping gear was of a very high level with air mattresses supplied for added comfort. Overall a phenomenal tour and we will definitely be traveling with Bindlestiff Tours again - THANK YOU!
- 7 day Southwest National Parks Grand Canyon Tour
Our family recently had an amazing private tour to the Utah National Parks and Grand Canyon with Justin as our guide and Becky as our vacation planner. Becky was so patient and had great ideas to customize the tour to match our interests. She even included a site with dinosaur tracks for the 10-year-old who loves dinosaurs, a huge hit! Justin was the ideal guide: personable, knowledgeable AND fun! His knowledge of the parks and history was unbelievable and his narration was fascinating. On the rare occasion where we asked a question to which he didn’t know the answer, he always researched the answer. Also, he was great with the kids! He accomplished what we thought was impossible: riding each day in the van without the 10-year-old and 13-year-old even once saying “I’m bored.” Between our food allergies and mobility issues, we provided Justin with challenges, but he always remained upbeat. We had wonderful hiking experiences with outstanding views in each park: for every park, he recommended specific hikes for each of us, based on our physical abilities/mobility. Shopping for our daily picnic lunches required a lot of his time to read all the food labels: he knocked it out of the park with his tasty, allergy-safe food selections. His recommendations for dinner each evening were great. Having pizza with delicious dairy-free cheese as we watched the sun set over the Grand Canyon was a fantastic memory! We highly recommend Justin and Bindlestiff Tours and would definitely travel with Justin again.
- 7 Day Southwest National Parks Grand Canyon Camping Tour
The itinerary was very well crafted and moving. Craig, our guide extraordinaire, made it come to life in the most spectacular way by encouraging us to keep on a manageable time table that allowed us to get the most out of every hike and view! Craig kept us on time, provided outstanding meals not only cooked wonderfully but provided a very pleasing and tasteful presentation. For me this trip was life changing and life affirming!
