Overall the tour was very well planned and allowed me to experience a lot of India in a very short time. I learned a lot about the country's rich culture. I also saw so many of the beautiful and impressive palaces, temples, mosques and mausoleums. I liked the concept of having a fixed driver for the whole trip, but to meet up with local guides in every city. During the entire trip I had a very caring and thoughtful driver (Mr. Singh) who made sure I always felt save and well taken care of - which is very important as a female solo traveler. He always provided me with drinking water, made enough stops during the long travel days and made sure I got lunch/dinner somewhere. The sights visited were well selected and most of the tour guides (provided by Fragrance of Taj) were very motivated and provided plenty of information. During most of the daily tours we also stopped at places for local handicraft and goods, but you were never urged to buy something and the guides also made sure you are not being pressured to buy something. The hotels were all ok for Indian standards - sometimes I felt like I got a less nice rooms, because I was just a single person. All hotels offered a good breakfast and you could also get dinner there. In general I am very happy about the tour and the places visited, it fully covered everything you should have see before leaving India again. I just would have liked to get more information on the exact itinerary upon arrival or at least the night before for the following day. It was quite hard to keep up with this schedule, so an overview of things that will be shown/visited would have been nice to get - at least maybe the night before to mentally prepare. Sanjeev the owner of the company is super nice, helpful and responsive. He really wants to provide excellent service and a great experience for his guests, even when he is not the guide on your particular tour.

We had a really great trip. From the moment our driver Raj picked us up at the airport, we felt safe and well taken care of. The hotels were very nice and comfortable. The guides in each city were friendly and shared so many interesting stories about the places we visited. We saw and learned a lot during the tour. The whole experience was amazing and totally worth it.
