What people love about Fully Guided Tours in Sicily
- Exclusive Highlights 7 Day Sicily Tour - Max 6 people - Include: Overnights, Luxury transport, Guided tours
The Best way to see Sicily is through the eyes of a true Sicilian and that is exactly what we got with HandiSicily. We got to experience the passion and love Paolo has for his home country. The rest of the tour was 5 stars all the way. The locations, History, the food and wine exceeded all expectations. Overall an unforgettable experience. Thank you HandiSicily.
- Sicilian Secrets - Tour of Sicily 6 days
All the guides were excellent. Hotel at Catania is very bad. (Cost 1 star in review) All meals & hotel rooms should include drinking water The coach air conditioning is not consistent Reaching time at Agrigento hotel is very late. Their pool & beach closes by 7, so it is a waste to spend money on a hotel & not being able to use the facilities. All hotel city taxes should be part of cost. All optional entrances should be mentioned in the itenary.
- Best of Sicily - 8 Days (Small Group Tour)
Our 8 day tour with Sicily Activities exceeded all our expectations. My wife and I had not done an organised tour for many years as we usually organised our own hotels, transport and sightseeing. As this is a max. 8 person small group tour we were fortunate to be the only 2 people booked for this adventure. Pick-up at busy Catania airport and transport to our hotel in Taormina was seemless. The hotels selected for each of the 3 locations throughout the tour were central and good. All the included meals were exceptional and activities enjoyable. We had ample free time in the latter part of each day to explore places by ourselves. We opted to add an extra night at the beginning of our trip in Taormina and wished we had done the same at the end of our tour in Palermo. All of our guides and drivers were considerate and knowledgeable. And communication with the company was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to travel around Sicily 👍👍 Highly recommend
What our customers ask about Fully Guided Tours & Trips in Sicily
How much of Sicily can I expect to see on a fully guided tour?
Standard 7-14 day guided tours in Sicily cover the essential destinations while allowing time to explore each location. The routes typically include the bustling streets of Palermo the ancient ruins of Syracuse the coastal charm of Taormina and the archaeological wonders of Agrigento's Valley of Temples. Tours lasting more than 10 days often add visits to the volcanic Aeolian Islands or lesser-known western coastal towns. What type of accommodations can I expect on a fully guided Sicily tour?
Most Sicily tours provide stays in 4-star hotels that blend comfort with local character. Properties like the Hotel Villa Diodoro in Taormina offer views of Mount Etna while the Mercure Palermo Centro places guests in the heart of the old city. The Il Principe Hotel in Catania serves as a refined urban retreat. Each property is selected for its proximity to major attractions and ability to provide an authentic Sicilian experience.
