We finished our tour today and fly back home tomorrow. We wanted to thank you for putting together such an exciting and mind-expanding experience in Morocco, Egypt and Jordan. We met some fantastic guides/drivers and stayed in some exceptional hotels too, which is more than we expected. I have already recommended you to one of our friends who is looking at just the Egypt and Jordan portions of the trip. All our guides are highly recommended and deserve to be high on your list for future bookings. All the hotels we stayed at were more than we expected, although the Radison on the Dead Sea was a bit of a disappointment. Everything went smoothly, with the next guide or airport connection always waiting for us and ready to help. Truly outstanding service. The tour company was incredibly meticulous in organizing routes all over these countries, and it was a seamless transition when other routes would join together or depart. The communication team on Whatsapp was lightning quick in responding, and resolving an issue for us. The guides (shoutout to Ayoub), drivers, and support team were incredibly attentive and professional. One suggestion would be to summarize information or reminders through Whatsapp at the end of the day. Another would be to cut one stop or limit driving time on some journeys because free time was limited at most points, since the schedule was full. I would also reassess some of the excursion options to guarantee complete satisfaction, but it was an unforgettable trek through three countries in 12 days. We loved the fact breakfast, lunch, and even dinner was complimentary in most Moroccan stops.
