Caveat: we had booked an Egypt and Jordan tour. Due to global events, were unable to take on the Jordan portion so can only speak to the Egypt portion of our trip (Vacations to Go helped us immensely in sorting out the Jordan portion). Our tour handlers, John and Mansour were fantastic. Itinerary was busy but not frantic. We learned and saw a lot of Egypt that we hoped to immerse in. Vacations to Go were quick in communications prior to the trip and our tour handlers provided such prompt and practical information, we never felt out of the loop or confused. We felt very taken care of. John, for example helped us get an early check-in when he didn't have to and Mansour arranged a car when we felt uncomfortable taking the horse carriage ride. Little details like this went a very long way for our experience. So a big thank you to John and Mansour for their hospitality and kindness.
Best tour or excursion I ever had. I'm looking forward to returning to Egypt again with another friend.
