Tom was Incredible. One of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, was incredibly open to any issues or concerns you may have along the trip. He was very knowledgeable, had so many fun and interesting facts to tell you if you were interested, which I was for sure! And he did so well to guide us through the trip even when things went slightly wrong, he always had a backup plan. He made my trip around Europe so much better, I cannot say thank you enough.
