Having not been on a tour in years I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked a tour around Mexico, however my trip absolutely exceeded all expectations. Our guide was so incredible, knowledgeable and passionate. The group members were all beautiful. The tour was so well planned with incredible included and optional activities. It was the perfect mix of cultural and historical with holiday fun. I couldn't recommend Viva Mexico enough. I'd love to do it all again. Will definitely be booking another trip with INTRO.
Viva MexicoWell organized, enjoyable tour. Mexico City is worth visiting; lots of things to see, lots of history, lots of great restaurants. We went during World Cup so paid a surcharge which we thought shoukd have been part of the advertised price since it was known well in advance. Our hotel was disappointing in the beginning but we were upgraded into a larger and better room thanks to the work of our assigned customer service agent. In the future I would insist on knowing what hotel was assigned to us before committing to the tour.

We did not appreciate the threatening, lying and un-coordinated behavior of Mexitours co- ordinators causing us to miss a planned tour.
