We had a good trip to Costa Rica. All the arrangements, pickups and tours were as advertised. I would, however have liked to have had a text or email confirming pickups.

This was a wonderful trip. If you are looking for a great family getaway with everything taken care of, we wholeheartedly recommend this package. This trip keeps you moving from one place to another (a plus in our opinion), and we never had any issues with our transportation. Our drivers were always on time and wonderful. Our guides and activities were awesome. Accommodation was consistently fair, but you should not expect fancy... which is in keeping with the price. We were happy with every aspect of this tour.
