We had a great experience through the trip from the day we arrived in Milan and the day we left from Home. All coordinators are customer centric and ensured the best possible experience. Mina, Joseph and team are in touch with us on daily basis / every step of the trip with clear instructions. Tours - for the first times, it is ok. There is ample Time given to us to explore ourselves.
9 Day Italy by Train from Milan, Venice Mestre, Florence to RomeI loved that everything was done for me… I loved that everything was done for me as far as travel, hotels etc. It was nice to not have to worry about those types of things. We do prefer booking our own tours which you can do, but the provided ones were good too. Also love that they are just a wechat away, and they saved when we forgot our passports in our room safe and didn't have enough cash to pay our driver to go back. I was able to get help from them right away and it was a great relief. I'd do this type of travel again for sure. It's nice to have an agent there to help, and having all the hotels booked for us so we basically just had to unpack.
Iconic Italian CitiesAmazing time! Was a great experience and the agency did a fantastic job finding great tour guides. Hotels were great, minor issues in Rome with location so I advise checking hotel vicinity to nearby areas. Venice upgrades were worth it and so were the Sorrento hotel accommodations. Train upgraded seats are extremely nice and worth it for a comfortable ride.
