We had a wonderful time on our tour. We enjoyed the timely and strong communication provided by the tour assistants. There was an issue with the payment at our hotel in London, and an airport transfer, but we were assisted. Next time, we would have preferred trains in the morning as we felt the trains in the late evening made us lose time in each city. However, that is just our personal preference. We were satisfied with our hotels, but would have preferred if they were a walkable distance to the city centre attractions. Also, having the hotels next to the train station in each city was convenient, but put us in very sketchy neighbourhoods where we did not feel secure. I would not recommend hotel Corot in Rome. It was outdated, did not appear clean and was very uncomfortable to stay in. It was manageable for us, however did not come close to meeting the same standard as our other hotels. On the other hand, we loved Hotel delle Nazioni so much as we had our own balcony overlooking Florence and a lovely breakfast. Our other hotels were great too. We thoroughly enjoyed the activities booked for this tour and would certainly recommend the company to others. Thank you so much for your assistance. We had a great trip in Europe.
