My wife and I have been on three A-Rosa cruises and are looking forward to planning our next trip. This tour of the Moselle and Rhine was spectacular. We enjoyed the small towns, the food on-board and the always attentive staff. The ships are always comfortable. This time we brought our son’s family and we especially appreciated the attention given to our 7-year old grandson by the captain and hotel manager. Others have commented on being on a German cruise line with mostly German speakers. While we were the only Americans, there were dozens of passengers from Wales and England. Frankly, we prefer being with Germans when we are in Germany. If we wanted to hang out with Americans, we’d vacation in Dallas. We were sad to miss being able to visit Trier due to low water level, but have deep respect for how well A-Rosa dealt with the challenge.
