5 Days Italian Cookery Getaway in UmbriaThe perfect Perugian style cooking class, period! Raffaella, and her “Sprinkle With Flower” Perugian style Italian cooking is remarkable. She is an amazing chef, an amazing teacher and produces a comfortable enviroment very conducive to learning and enjoying the experience as well as producing a wondeful meal in the end. All of the ingredients are locally sorced, including the Olive Oil and red wine from her beautiful 25 acre farm. If you have an opportunity to work with her do not miss out. You will be sorry if you do. It truly made our Italian vacation.
