The tour was great However when the departure was changed to Port St.Louis from Martigues I was told there was no transport from Marseilles airport and had to take a taxi to Port St.Louis at my cost.On arriving at the boat I was told that a bus was provided to take passengers from Martigues to Port St Louis.You could have informed me of this and I could have taken a taxi to Martigues and paid half the price especially as it was a bank holiday.I would expect some compensation on this issue. i have not written to Croisi Europe about this matter . - Cycling in France - Canals and Castles of the Midi
The tour was good, the routes appropriate. Would be a big improvement to have a second person supporting the trip -- it was too much for one person to wrangle the van while leading the rides. This left the riders on their own for the first half of routes when we moved between bases, which is not great. Would also be good to be able to call on van support if there are any problems en-route.
