We climbed the Qampa mountain 5520m. it was such a great experience to be my first time reaching that altitude, our guide was Chino who were really good. His experience made us to feel safe along the route. whole team worked very well too.
Had the best experience with Crossover Peru! we lucked out and were the only 2 on our tour that day so we had the fabulous Juan Carlos all to ourselves :) He mentioned as well that they usually keep the groups small which is very necessary for a trek like this! Its an early start, but they are super accommodating and even gave us a blanket to sleep on the car ride to breakfast. It is also nice to go this early because you beat the rush of hikers to the top, which is nice for pictures with less people in them! Juan Carlos was super nice, and very informative throughout the entire tour. We quickly learned why they call him the "Champion Tour Guide"!
