We startet the tour the other way round because there where better flight options (chennai to cochi). It was a good because the places and Hotels got better and better every day. From cochin to chennai we would endet the journey with a dirty hotel and not so clean cities. Now we endet pur trip on a calm house boat and it was perfect!

I would highly recommend booking this tour with Golden Triangle India Tours. It was a great way to see Kerala for the first time and experience the culture. Our driver and accommodation was lovely.

The tour was really good. They took us everywhere mentioned in the itinerary. Was on time. Driver Guruswamy initially was driving too fast to the point we were uncomfortable. And my stomach got upset because of that. But asked him whether he could slowdown a bit and he did. He took us to places not mentioned in the itinerary too , like musical fountain and cultural fusion dance in Kanyakumari. And Poovar island. To be honest I don’t know whether it was worth the extra money. Guides were good and knowledgeable.

What are some interesting alternative routes through Southern India?
