We spent 16 nights on a tour of your beautiful country, Vietnam, through your travel agency. We have traveled extensively, but your organization really stands out positively from everything we have experienced so far. It is my personal wish to give you feedback on the excellent organization. We really felt like VIPs and were welcomed so warmly by all the drivers and guides, who took excellent care of us and always made us feel at home. It's incredible what warm relationships we have formed. We would especially like to thank Rosie again and let you know about it: Immediately after booking, Rosie contacted us by email and began providing support. I had special requests for my husband's birthday, and Rosie gave me excellent advice and helped me book special services. My communication with Rosie was always very quick and extremely competent. She responded very professionally and always gave us special support. In Rosie, you have an employee you can be very proud of, with her skills, her network, and her planning and implementation abilities. I must say, I was very impressed several times by how Rosie mastered questions and challenges. Our return flight was an extremely challenging situation. Without Rosie's contacts and organization, we would not have made our international flight home after our domestic flight from Da Nang. The domestic flight from Da Nang to Ho-Chi-Min-City was delayed, and it was only thanks to Rosie's contacts and network that we were able to make our international flight home on time. That was a masterful achievement and deserves special recognition. A representative was waiting for us right at the aircraft upon landing, the taxi driver was ready and waiting, and everything went smoothly. We are still impressed by what we experienced there. We wish you and your team all the best for the future. We will remember your country and, above all, the people involved in our trip for a very long time. It was hard for us to say goodbye.

Kept us upto date and answered all queries very promptly from booking to arriving home, was allocated Chris to look after us during the trip via WhatsApp regularly in contact confirming pick up times for trips and airport pick ups, all picks up went smoothly, all the staff in the hotels we met on the whole where lovely friendly and the hotels where of a good standard, we enjoyed all the trips but in siem reap only there two days and both days where temples, too many temples, even the first trip by the end of the day we had seen enough, most of the temples where the same style, so one day of temples was more than enough. Overall enjoyed the holiday very much and would be happy to travel with you again.
