Coastal Walks in Europe

Imagine dining with locals in a Spanish restaurant tasting home-cooked regional dishes, exploring Segovia's medieval streets and fairytale Alcazar. You'll taste Porto's famous Port wine varieties in riverside cellars, visit Lisbon's historic Belém Tower and those incredible pastéis de nata, and learn flamenco at a dance school in Seville. Spain and Portugal's best bits combined.

Hotel was OK but rooms very small for a week long stay and breakfast needed some added variety over the seven days. Apart from the hotel everything else was Excellent. Our guide Nebil was personable, entertaining, professional, very knowlegeable and led us through some exceptional walks and experiences with flexibility to include adequate rest/water stops and swim opportunities on most days. Our driver was highly professional, negotiating diffjcult mountain roads with care and precision. Overall a great experience, definately do another one with Explore!

Your trip to Shetland was as you had described that it would be. I loved the experience, the sites and most of those on the tour. It was a lot more hiking than I had planned for doing for my legs. Our guide Tony was very helpful to me and others. We enjoyed him very much. I would have liked more interaction with locals and learning how they make their living in Shetland.
