Well - i thought i would be part of a group of people, who would travel this same tour - but I learned quickly that this was not the case. Each day, different people would be picked up from different locations. So, I basically traveled solo. The transfers were great, the tours were super and the staff at most all hotels were great. The last hotel (Buenos Aires) was not desirable, but I came in so late-I could not make any changes. The tour of Patagonia was beautiful - so ending in an old hotel at the end was disappointing (for me at least). I wish i had done some research prior to my trip and read the reviews from other travelers - I would have gladly paid extra for nicer accommodations.
Argentina: Ushuaia, Calafate, Bariloche, Puerto Madryn & Buenos Aires - 11 days⭐ 5/5 – An unforgettable experience, flawlessly organized. I had an incredible trip and would absolutely recommend this agency. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Communication with Eve from People Travel and Experiences was outstanding — quick responses, helpful guidance, and even arranging a last‑minute change to one of my tours. When my domestic flight was cancelled, she immediately stepped in to assist and later reorganized my transfer. (Avoid flying with Flybondi!!) The local guides in both El Calafate and Ushuaia were exceptional: knowledgeable, engaging, and true professionals. They shared hours of fascinating insights about Patagonia and kept the schedule running smoothly. I appreciated the clear reminders with exact pickup times and tour durations. All transfers were in comfortable vans with friendly, reliable drivers. The hotels were excellent — new, clean, warm, with great breakfasts and indoor pools. The Beagle Canal Hotel in Ushuaia deserves a special mention for its fantastic downtown location. A truly memorable experience, thanks to the excellent support throughout the trip.
Southern Patagonia: El Calafate & UshuaiaThe tour was fantastic in Brazil, every little thing was well catered for. The only downside in Brazil was the dinner and entertainment additional tour. The place was massive and the seats were crammed in. This made the lines for food intolerably long which was a shame, the food was ok quality and a great variety but the long lines meant your companion was half way through their meal when you eventually sat down. The entertainment was nice but a little too long in duration I felt. The Santa Theresa Tour was cancelled due to unrest and I understand this is unavoidable, however, it may have been nice to be offered an alternative. Gio our Tour Director did a super job of making suggestions for things to do on our own. In Argentina there was very little in organised touring which was a shame. The city was wonderful but the option of going horse riding was not for me nor going out in a boat Tigre Delta as it was too cold. A city tour of the whole day instead of half day might have been more beneficial here. That said Buenos Aries was wonderful. Be my guest was the highlight of this leg of the tour - don't miss it!
