I would highly recommend this tour group in visiting Italy. The operator we worked with Yvonne was wonderful. She answered all of our questions very quickly, helped in making special celiac arrangements for the tours involving food for our family member, and was quick to reschedule a tour when our flight was delayed arriving. Discovering FlorenceWe had such a lovely time on this trip. Everything went smoothly and Simone, Luigi, Martina and everyone we dealt with could not have been more helpful. Montecatini Terme was a lovely little town and a good place to be based for the week for our Tuscany excursions. They were extremely accommodating even taking us to our accommodation in Lucca at the end of the tour. Would definitely book either them again - it couldn’t have been better!

During the trip, I got anxious about missing one of our guided tours because the tour guide was 2 minutes behind. I sent Yvonne a message and she immediately replied that she was working with the guide. I kid you not he showed up minutes after. He actually turned out to be a great guide and we were lucky enough to have him again the next day at the Vatican! 3/4 of our group had been to Rome and Florence previously through a different tour company. We all agreed that this trip was better all around!
