Was a great trip, things when quite smoothly other than driver not showing up for trip to airport. Guides were excellent with the exception of the guide who did city tour of Saigon and I have shared my comments with the company following the tour. The guide who did Ba Na Hills excursion was exceptional. I believe he goes by the name of Mr. Bean. I loved the cruise in Ha Long Bay, great accommodation. However take exception at having to pay above American prices for wine as they did not carry any of the local wines. Would definately recommend this travel company.
