What people love about Walking Adventure Tours in Eastern USA
- Classic New England (11 destinations)
Jackie was excellent tour director; definitely does her research and provides great history. Jackie also suggested great eating establishments. Cannot say enough about MoMo, our coach driver. MoMo is very safe and maneuvered the coach like a pro.
- American Gateway – 4 Days
The tour itself visited great sites. The first two days guide did not give clear instructions on such things as where to go to exit places, where toilets were etc. I often had to ask outside people or other tour guides these things. She had a colleague who had fights with the driver in front of the clients. This colleague also stopped the clients from using the bus toilet by forcing the lock closed with a coin. The hotel at Niagara was at least 2 miles from the falls and we were expected to walk into the town to see the illuminations and fireworks. This entailed walking back at midnight in the dark and up hill. We had a bus and driver with us. I would have been happy to pay to be driven in and back. There were no taxis apparently. I did not go as this was too much physically and to dangerous for a woman to do
