Overall, we had a great experience with the tour operator. Lydia, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable about Greek culture, history, and the destinations we visited. She even joined us in Santorini on our free day to help us navigate the island safely and efficiently. We also felt very safe at all of the hotels, which were conveniently located near restaurants, markets, and shops. The reason for the four-star rating is due to two issues. First, communication through the TourRadar message inbox was confusing, as I was never sure whether I was communicating with a TourRadar representative or the tour operator, Ciconia. Second, the TourRadar website contained outdated hotel and itinerary information. None of the listed hotels were where we stayed, and the itinerary indicated that a Delos Island excursion was included. We later learned this was actually an optional excursion, but that was not reflected on the website when we booked or afterward. Since we did not want to incur an additional expense, we missed the excursion. TourRadar has offered us a credit toward a future trip, which we appreciate. Other than these issues, we had a wonderful experience and would like to thank Lydia and the Ciconia team for making our trip enjoyable as we chose this experience to celebrate my milestone birthday, my husband's birthday and our anniversary.

All transfer services, ferry arrangements and excursions were very well organized, reliable and professionally handled. Very happy with that. We absolutely loved the Mykonian Kyma hotel in Mykonos which was part of our package. Aegean View in Kamari, Santorini did have a great view and location, but the hotel, especially after Kyma, was just OK. It has great potential, but definitely not 5 star and breakfast was downright awful. Brown Hotel in Athens was just OK. Great breakfast and room was clean and bathroom quite nice, but the room wasn’t tiny and dark. Location in Omonia was not dangerous at all and close walk to Monisteraki Square, but definitely seedy and LOUD. The agents were very responsive to questions before we left. I think the trip should be extended by a couple of days since so much time is lost traveling between locations. I also would consider ending in Santorini and flying home from there since an entire day was lost just traveling to Athens for flight the next day, and arrived in Athens too late to really do anything. Overall, we would recommend this trip with some tweaks, but we definitely were pleased with the services provided by the agencies and would recommend them.
Very well organized, very responsive to any questions, excellent communication, timely pickups. I had a issue with my room in Santorini, that was handled/resolved quickly and to my satisifaction. They even added something complimrntary in celebration of my birthday. I would recommend this Tour Company and would book again for future travel.
