The trip was fantastic. Lots of animals and vast Savana country. Our guide Simon was exceptional. He has a great knowledge of the park and the animals, is a very good driver and very friendly and humble. We stayed at Rhino Tourist camp which has everything you need.

The actual tour part of the tour was excellent. However, the coordination of the trip and communication with the company was lacking in a lot of areas. I was given the details of the driver that would be picking me up from the hotel. However, there was a huge mix up the morning of the tour. Another driver, was waiting for over two hours to pick me up, while I was told to be downstairs at a certain time. Also, the hotel information was not what I expected. I paid for the comfort package. One the first part of the tour, I did stay in a very nice accommodation. However, on the second leg of my tour, the hotel was not in the comfort category at all. The hotel was in the very low budget category. I also didn't get any hotel details prior to arriving to each hotel location. It would have been nice to have that information before hand. The overall trip experience was great, however like I mentioned before, the per-departure coordination left a lot to be desired.
