We've got these popular combined tours that take you through Athens first, then over to Mykonos and Santorini. The morning setup works perfectly in spring: you'll start with a guide at the Acropolis, catch an early ferry to Mykonos and get to walk the streets while they're still quiet. Our travelers tell us they love getting into the food scene this time of year - there are these great wine tastings at local vineyards, fresh olive oil sampling and you can try local Mykonian sausages while locals play traditional music.
