I really got my spark back! This trip was brilliant, from start to end, everything was so well organised and planned out. Major credits go to our team leader Emma, for always keeping everyone's spirits high, getting us all involved and ensuring we saw the beauty of Thailand. I was nervous about travelling alone but it was great to feel at ease and have the opportunities to explore and do so many activities. Both Emma and our local Thai guide Boom would be on hand if anyone wasn't feeling too good (mostly due to the mosquito bites) to facing fears (the lake/sea for me), feel at ease during ferry travels and even taking fabulous pictures of us. Doing the trip with Intro was an stress-free. They take care of everything from the accommodation (which was all premium), all activity tickets, travel and even including meals in there too. It made travelling so much enjoyable and allows for you to live in the moment very much. Some life-long friendships made and memories to last a lifetime - 100% recommend :)

This tour was a fantastic taste-test of Northern Thailand. We got doses of history, culture, and modern attractions. There was a lot of time spent on the road as we traveled between destinations, but even that wasn't terrible because we got to see lots of the countryside. Our guide, fondly called "Rainy", was absolutely fantastic! She helped us book additional services, alternative day tours, and helped us find different attractions in whatever area we happened to be. She also divulged a wealth of information about different historical/cultural sites along the way. I left the tour a day early because I wanted to stay in Chiang Mai long enough to see the Lantern Festival over New Year, and Rainy helped me get a ride to my hotel even as the rest of the tour was boarding the night train back to Bangkok. Overall a wonderful tour, lots of fun, but give yourself enough financial wiggle room for a few extra activities and you'll enjoy it even more :)
