Excellent tour and service Only complaint our cabin which was an end one did not receive wifi which was very inconvenient Cabin 221 They would not supply a router or extender It cost a lot for us to supply our own data Meals were excellent and free drinks a bonus

My Croisi River Cruise of the Douro River was so good. I totally enjoyed it. The one thing that I felt could improve would be to spend more time cruising on the river instead of so many shore excursions. The excursions were very good and interesting but I particularly loved cruising on the lovely Douro the most. The staff on the boat were exceptionally good, friendly, caring and helpful. Sonia was particularly helpful when I managed to leave my medication on the boat after disembarking. She found it and sent it by taxi to me. Exceptional service! I enjoyed the food and wine on this trip. Each meal was delicious and well presented, with wine flowing freely. Thank you to all for making my first river cruise such fun and a great experience.
