Quite simply the most wonderful experience! From the accommodation, the cooking, the wine, the fabulous hostess and her beautiful home, the daily excursions and the general ambience of surroundings. 5 Days Italian Cookery Getaway in UmbriaThe perfect Perugian style cooking class, period! Raffaella, and her “Sprinkle With Flower” Perugian style Italian cooking is remarkable. She is an amazing chef, an amazing teacher and produces a comfortable enviroment very conducive to learning and enjoying the experience as well as producing a wondeful meal in the end. All of the ingredients are locally sorced, including the Olive Oil and red wine from her beautiful 25 acre farm. If you have an opportunity to work with her do not miss out. You will be sorry if you do. It truly made our Italian vacation.
Authentic UmbriaGreat cycle tour of the beautiful towns and countryside of Umbria. Hotels were good quality and well located. The bikes were new/almost new and worked perfectly. We got ebikes to manage the hills and heat as all days end with a big climb and we wanted to arrive with energy left to explore. Sara was patient and informative with helping us select which trip, the bike handoff guy was thorough, and besides that we were on our own and never dealt with anyone else. Booked directly through CycleEurope as they are the tour operator and not just a broker. Would recommend this tour and company.
