The tour organisation was very good. The place we visited were very interesting and the tour guides knowledgeable. The hotels we stayed in were disappointing and did not seem to match the Deluxe 3 star description given. It would have been helpful to know what hotels we were staying in advance so we could choose to upgrade. Thank you for your prompt responses and reliable organisation.

Solo traveler experience, I chose this tour specifically for the flexibility of having destination cities, accomodations and transport arranged, it’s up to you to fill in the gaps. There were some hiccups along the way that were out of anyones control like weather or travel delays, but the communication was excellent of what the itinerary and directions were. The cities chosen were just the top of the iceberg that Vietnam has to offer but a great introductory experience! Only one warning, the sleeper train is not a restful environment but worth doing at least in your life. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
