What an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! We’ve just finished our Central America trip with Intro Travel, and I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. A massive part of what made this trip so special was our two fantastic group leaders, Ceci and Omar. They were both absolutely brilliant throughout and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best possible experience. From the organisation and travelling between destinations to the activities, accommodation and everything in between, the whole trip ran seamlessly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they managed to strike the perfect balance between keeping everything organised and making the experience relaxed, fun and enjoyable. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about everyone in the group. They weren’t just brilliant guides, they were great people to spend the trip with, and their enthusiasm, knowledge and personalities made an already incredible adventure even better. We’ve made some amazing memories, visited incredible places and experienced things we’ll never forget. I honestly couldn’t fault a single part of the trip. A huge thank you to Ceci and Omar for making it so special. They’re both a real credit to Intro Travel, and anyone lucky enough to have them as their group leaders is in for an amazing time!
Central America IntroIt was our first group tour and we enjoyed it very much. We had two excellent guides in Hugo and Araceli who made the timetable run smoothly. Most of the hotels we stayed in were nice and comfortable. The transport was generally good. Snorkeling and caving in Belize, swimming in the cenote in Mexico and Tikal visit in Guatemala will be enduring memories.
Maya Adventure (25 destinations)Well-organized tour. The hotels, activities and meals included was also very good in general. I would add an extra day in San Ignacio (Belize), especially for those interested in exploring Mayan ruins, and I think it would be interesting if we had the option to start the tour in this country instead of Mexico. I liked Intrepid's approach to reducing ecological impacts and also offering a homestay in Guatemala, contributing to the development of a local community and helping us have a more immersive experience in the country.
