I went on this tour with my wife and two other couples. Ariel was very communicative and helpful as I added one excursion and an airport pickup. I was also able to make a slight modification to the itinerary on the fly, which Authentic Ecuador was able to accomodate. Galapagos portion was in general very good. Hence, overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend this tour company.

Amazing islands, wildlife and scenery. Highly recommend going there. One drawback far too many guides and no consistency. Very confusing what was going on, tell you one thing and something else happened. Being collected at airport by a taxi driver who had no idea not the way to start a holiday. Local guides who actually did the trips were very knowledgeable.
