Our driver Izz was kind, puntual and really kept us busy with great activities throughout the tour. I liked the way he reads the people who are on tour and adjusts accordingly. Gary and I are retired and need to take a bit of slower pace. I would suggest more information on the hikes prior to their beginning as to difficulty as my partner struggled a bit with footing on some of them. Thanks Izz for taking such good care of Gary and I. It was a wonderful trip. It covered a large part of Malaysia, which was exactly what I wanted. Starting with Malacca, then Kuala Lumpur, and continuing north through cities where the landscape changes from metropolis to lush green countryside, before finally reaching George Town in Penang, far to the north. A truly varied experience, rich in natural landscapes and culture. Tour Radar was the company that ensured this entire experience came together through its "Asia Overland Tours and Services" tourist agency. An excellent experience.

The tours each day were varied and interesting and the guides were all knowledgeable and helpful particularly Stephen and Charlie. The admin team were great and dealt with any issues effectively and communications were helpful with admin and drivers providing name , numberplate and timings every trip. The hotel was clean but not 4 star, the breakfasts were only indian choices or toast and cereal, the reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful plus the hotel was out the way and hard for drivers to park.
