We had booked a tour with this company to travel to Fes and then onwards for a Sahara desert experience. Unfortunately, during the journey my husband developed severe back pain to the extent that he was unable to sit, stand, or even lie down comfortably. As a result, we had to cut our trip short and abandon our Sahara plans. Despite this unexpected and distressing situation, the support we received — especially from our driver Ismail , was truly exceptional. Ismail stayed with us throughout, calmly and compassionately taking care of us at every step. He helped us navigate language barriers, drove with great care and sensitivity given my husband’s condition, and even took us to a hospital in a village to seek emergency medical help. When we made the difficult decision to return to our home country, we requested a detour to Casablanca. Ismail drove almost 24 hours continuously, without complaint, without impatience, and with unwavering politeness and kindness. His calm presence, professionalism, and genuine concern made an incredibly stressful situation much more bearable for us. While we were heartbroken to miss the Sahara experience, we are deeply grateful for the humanity, responsibility, and care shown during a medical emergency, something far more important than any itinerary. But I know the itinerary was beautifully planned and organised; sadly, we missed it. A special thank you to Ismail for going above and beyond his role as a driver. He is a true asset to your company.
