What people love about Hiking & Trekking Tours in Northern Greece
- Cultural Trail: Walking Through Living Traditions
The combination of walking in the unspoiled nature of Zagori (Unesco World Heritage) and several surprising cultural events was amazing. Kostas is the best guide you can wish. Very friendly and flexible. The Greek dishes in the restaurants were great. All in all, a fantastic vacation with beautiful memories that we will never forget. :-)
- Corfu Trail Hiking Highlights
Very beautiful scenery on the Corfu Trail hikes, nice to have beach swim stops along the way, lunches were quaint places with good food but quite late in the day (3pm), good to have a free day to do a boat trip, hiking was challenging in the high heat we had in June, was a bit disappointed the guide didn't offer to have nightly group dinners (only had 2), but overall thoroughly enjoyed this experience with GAdventures!
- Hiking Zagori & Meteora
This was my first ever hiking trip/guided tour like this, and I could not have asked for a better week. Honestly I consider this trip through Zagori and Meteora to be the best week of my life! Our guide Aris was amazing, and I learned so much from him about the history and geography of northern Greece. I would recommend this trip to anybody who wants to experience a part of Greece that not many people see. Zagori is a very special place and I would love to come back someday :)
