What stood out most was the warmth. The kindness from the hotel staff, the attention to detail, the way I felt welcomed everywhere we went. It made this birthday feel deeply special, like I was being poured into the entire time. I do want to mention that a few people in my group had some challenges with their hotel rooms (AC issues in Chiang Mai, and in Phuket, concerns with ants and roaches even after switching rooms). Marvelous Thailand In 10 Days - Private TourWhat an amazing experience! The only negative is that I didn't book the 11 day tour instead of the the 5 day!! We will definitely be joining an 11 day tour when they have availability. Everything went so smoothly and it seemed that there was a lot of thought put into every detail--from water bottles with our names on it and water for us to refill, to the crew taking pictures of us and sharing them so we had memories and we could actually live the moments, to umbrellas showing up when it rained. We had spent almost a month in Thailand before this tour and yet most of the best food I had was on this trip (shout out to Milk's family restaurant--sooooo good!--and to the amazing dinners in the hilltop rice paddy place!) We were even given Tuk Tuk Club shirts that I am proud to wear. On top of getting to know our truly outstanding guides and drivers, we were blessed with incredible fellow travellers that I do hope will actually come visit. Honestly, this was just the BEST experience!
