When I booked this tour with TourRadar, it said I would get Twin Share accommodation. Well what can I say, but this was not true. In Whistler I shared room with 6 people - which is not what I paid for. In Banff in the end, I had to sleep 4 nights on a sofa, which I also did not pay for! I hope you can find a solution for me. The rest of the trip was amazing! The tour guide was fantastic.
