7 Days in Greece, incl. Athens and Delphi
Ancient wonders await across 6 iconic Greek cities, from Athens' Acropolis to Delphi's Temple of Apollo. UNESCO sites include Mycenae's Lion Gate, Olympia's original Olympic stadium, and Meteora's cliff-top monasteries.

- Days 1-2
Athens
Start your week in Athens while adjusting to the timezone. Visit the Panathenaic Stadium and Acropolis early. Get to the Acropolis by 8 AM to avoid crowds and intense heat. A previous visitor shared: "The morning Athens tour was perfect timing – by afternoon the sun was intense on those marble steps." Stay in Plaka for easy access to major sites and plenty of dining options in the evening.

- Day 3
Athens to Mycenae & Nafplion
Take the 2-hour drive west through the Peloponnese and across the Corinth Canal. Visit the Mycenae citadel in the morning when temperatures are cooler. The Lions Gate involves some steep climbing. After that, stop in Nafplion for lunch and take photos of the Palamidi Fortress before going to Epidaurus theater. Bring water and wear shoes with good grip since ancient stones can get slippery.

- Day 4
Olympia to Delphi
Get to Olympia's archaeological site early before tour groups arrive. Check out the Hermes statue in the museum when it opens at 8 AM. The trip to Delphi is about 4 hours and crosses the Rio-Antirio Bridge. Sit on the right side of the bus for nice coastal views. A previous visitor noted: "The Delphi archaeological site is quite spread out on a hillside. Pace yourself and bring water – there's little shade."

- Day 5
Delphi to Kalambaka
Start your morning at Delphi's ruins and museum. Take your time on the steep Sacred Way path and wear comfortable walking shoes. You'll have a 3-hour drive through central Greece's mountains to reach Kalambaka. Try to book a hotel with views of Meteora. A recent traveler suggested: "Get to Kalambaka before sunset for amazing photos of the monasteries glowing orange against the rocks."

- Day 6
Meteora to Athens
Start early to visit Meteora's monasteries right when they open at 9 AM. Women should bring a scarf or rent wrap skirts at the entrance since long skirts and covered shoulders are required. The return drive to Athens takes about 5 hours through Lamia. Make a stop at the Leonidas monument in Thermopylae. One visitor suggested: "Ask to be dropped in Plaka for dinner rather than out by the airport hotels – much better evening atmosphere."

- Day 7
Athens Departure
7 Days in Greece, incl. Athens and Santorini
The Greek highlights unfold across Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini with premium stays at Acropolis Hill Hotel Athens and Belle Etoile Villas Santorini. UNESCO-listed Acropolis, Little Venice, and Oia's famous sunsets create perfect moments.

- Day 1
Athens Arrival & Exploration
After landing at Athens International Airport, make your way to your city center hotel. "The Acropolis Hill Hotel offers spectacular views over Athens, though be prepared for narrow elevators that only fit one person with luggage." Spend your first afternoon walking through the Plaka neighborhood. Stay clear of open lot areas near hotels at night for safety reasons.

- Day 2
Athens to Mykonos
Head to Piraeus port early for your ferry to Mykonos (4-6 hours). A tip for Blue Star Ferries: upgrade from economy class to avoid sitting in the outdoor back section where engine fumes are strong. Once in Mykonos, check into your hotel. The Olia Hotel is a good choice away from the busy town center. The evening is perfect for walking through Mykonos Town's white alleyways.

- Day 3
Mykonos
Get an early start at Little Venice before the crowds show up. You can use the island's reliable bus system to visit different beaches. Paradise and Super Paradise beaches get lively in the afternoon. According to one guest: "The Rhenia hotel staff were amazing and gave great local tips, though be ready for some steep hill climbing to reach many hotels."

- Day 4
Mykonos to Santorini
- Day 5
Santorini
- Day 6
Santorini to Athens

What people love about 7-day Greece tours
- Greece Classic Tour
Guide George was superb. My only criticism is the tour group was far too large at 42 persons.
- Cultural Athens & Island Hopping Mykonos - Santorini (Self-guided)
The trip was wonderful; the transfer service was punctual and communication was excellent. The only comment we would make would be about the hotel in Mykonos. The girl who took us to the port arrived three hours early; it was very close, and there was no need to take us so early. But what bothered us was that it was raining. She didn't have an umbrella, and we got wet. When we arrived at the port, she dropped us off far away and didn't bother to help us, seeing as it was raining heavily.
- Treasures of Crete
The tours were done by third parties which made it confusing. We had different people on each of your tours.would have preferred the same group of people. Pick up times from daily tours were organised for 8.00pm when most of the tours finished around 5.00pm. Had to organise earlier pick up times
