Our guide Hassan was fantastic. He guided us to all the amazing sites to be seen along the majestic Nile. He made sure that we were well informed about the sites and the next steps of the tour every step of the way. I was reconsidering my trip given the recent events in the Middle East, but I so glad I didn’t as Egypt was completely safe and less busy than expected.

It was a wonderful experience and at a good value. The ship was comfortable and our every need and wish was cared for. But the highlight was the tours of the temples. Our guide Mina was amazing. He has been a tour guide for more than 20 years and it shows. He was knowledgeable but even more so he went above and beyond. He made sure we were cared for at every step of our trip, even helping us bargain for items when needed. I would only want Mina if I came back to tour again.

We had quite the enjoyable trip, the only downside was that we had to get up very early almost every day (around 4:30). Would have been good to know earlier. The cruise had some minor inconveniences like the big window that would make noises during traveling. But all in all we saw many great things and had a very nicely organized trip - which I would definitely recommend.
