Swiss MiracleMontana Hotel was very well sited and very close to bus, tram and train and walkable to city center. Best of Switzerland office at bus terminal was easy to find and efficent. Daily emails reminding of the next day's activities was excellent. Most of the tours gave us lots of free time at sites and not being herded around with a guide stopping to lecture us with unnecessary detail was refreshing. Overall excellent.
