The cruise ship is good and the crew was excellent. The floods were bad, but nature is overwhelming. Good experience anyway.

Beautiful and comfortable cruise. Shout out to Neils so helpful. We think they need to redesign their drink packages so confusing. And the wine included in the premium package was not of good quality and taste. A couple of the drink staff were a bit rude and condescending. But they did appear short staffed

Julia, our cruise director was fantastic. She arranged a wheelchair and a classical music concert in Vienna, both of which were exactly what my dad needed! The accommodations were satisfactory, and the food was wonderful. We wished we had longer to tour the cities, but understand the cruise has a schedule!
