Visiting Bhutan was one of the most special experiences of my entire life. From the moment we arrived, the country felt deeply intentional, peaceful, and unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been. We were incredibly lucky to have an exceptional guide, Tenzin, and driver, Sherab. They welcomed us with such warmth and generosity and taught us so much about Bhutanese culture, history, and daily life—from Buddhist philosophy to the meaning behind prayer flags and dzong architecture. Tenzin and Sherab are truly two of the best people I have ever met. Not only are they exceptionally knowledgeable about Bhutan, but they are also thoughtful, kind, joyful, and deeply grounded in the values that make Bhutan so special. Traveling with them felt less like a tour and more like being welcomed into a way of life centered on mindfulness, hospitality, and care for others. Our journey took us from Thimphu to Punakha and ended in Paro, and each place felt distinct and unforgettable. We loved experiencing Bhutanese food and trying local dishes like ema datshi and traditional butter tea. World Tour Plan was incredibly attentive in organizing meals that accommodated our dietary restrictions and allergies. The hotels were beautiful, and every place we stayed had its own character and sense of calm. One of the absolute highlights of the trip was hiking to Tiger’s Nest Monastery, an experience that was as spiritually moving as it was breathtaking. Bhutan left a profound impression on us, and we already can’t wait to return. When we do, we will absolutely be organizing our travel through World Tour Plan again. This trip was unforgettable in every way.

Best trip ever. I did the 10-day tour of Western and Central Bhutan and I had the time of my life. This was an in depth cultural tour of an amazing country and its unique culture. I was very fortunate to have Tashi as my guide and Leki as my driver. These two amazing men turned my tour into a once in a lifetime experience - on top of the great laughs that we had together. Both of them would go above and beyond, just to make sure that I wouldn't miss out on anything, while making me feel I was among friends. Nonetheless, I also need to express my gratitude to Karma, the wonderful agent who made sure to adjust the tour itinerary, so it would meet my wishes and special interests. I would give this tour and this agency 10 stars if I could.

Phobjikha Valley's another amazing spot it's protected and those endangered Black-Necked Cranes are just incredible to see you can get there by road with your guide.
