Loved Gili Islands, was a great experience! Scuba diving as the extra was a good experience too, learning how to dive deeper than before. We seen turtles and cool fishes both snorkelling and diving. The pub crawl and bingo was a good experience too. Had good atmosphere with all the other people around. The last Lombok hotel at El Tropical was the highlight of a beautiful accommodation! But all the other rooms weren't bad too.

I went on the Bali Experience with Intro Travel. It was the best thing I have ever done. Our tour guide was Hendri. Without Hendrii the trip would not have been the same as it was. His friendly vibrant personality was absolutely the highlight of the trip. We all got on with him so well and he did absolutely everything in his power to put us first and make sure we were safe and comfortable and happy with everything. I will always remember Hendri and cant thank him enough for making this trip so special, I will hopefully will see him again on other Intro tours in the future!

Our overall experience was excellent. We paid a bit more for a private tour. Our guide and driver were able to customize the tour to meet out needs. They were able to cover everything we wanted to see even though our time on Bali became limited due to a flight change that caused us to miss half a day. I also have mobility issues. Taking that into account, they were able to streamline some locations to make things manageable without missing the the full experience. They also put in an extra effort for us to enjoy the Bali experience with a variety of fruits and foods. Friendly and considerate.
