Let me start off by saying that the crew was fantastic, especially our main host Minja and our bartender Leopold. The ship was also impressive & the water pressure in the showers, the cleanliness of the rooms, and every detail was given attention to. It was amazing to be able to see so many areas while having all your belongings kept on the ship in a private and secure space, it made each day much more enjoyable as a traveler. We also had great meals & got to swim daily in beautiful areas. Lastly, having a local on the ship to give you advice for laundry or food was super helpful because often times Google or yelp doesn’t help much. Minja even did a wine tasting and lesson, olive oil tasting and lesson, and even Croatian language 101 for everyone which was unexpected and so much fun! However, there are things to consider for a cruise like this that we hadn’t for example we did not dock until well into the afternoon and on one occasion after 5pm which was really disappointing considering we expected to have more time on land to explore. We still gave them 5 stars because the experience was great but if you’re considering a cruise, time on land vs water is something you should think about. We weren’t aware of this and the information given in person was just as vague as on the website.

I had a wonderful experience with the tour! The itinerary was great, and I really enjoyed the overall trip. One suggestion I have is to offer options for guests to go out for dinner or lunch on their own, as the meal buffet provided from the hotel is generally not as good as restaurants outside. This could provide more flexibility for travelers. I want to especially shout out to our Travel Manager Alisa for her exceptional service. She helped me resolve an incident that occurred before the start of my group tour and went above and beyond to assist me. She took full responsibility and showed genuine care and professionalism throughout. Alisa is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to ensuing her clients have a positive experience. Her support made a significant difference, and I am very grateful. Thank you Alisa, Milan, and the team for a memorable trip!
