It was a wonderful 3-day trip to the world of Tortuguero Laguna Lodge. The lodge and the service were excellent. Our tour guide, Walter, did a fantastic job. The only thing we didn't like was the transfer to and from the lodge. We had to take a taxi each way from our hotel, Vilas del Rio, to the Wyndham Garden pick-up point. A direct pick-up would have been possible given the traffic situation. That's why we're deducting one star.

Tour was more people than advertised and all the activities mentioned in the initial brochure were not readily available on the tour. The conditions and meal options were great.

This tour was absolutely amazing! It was a Dream Vacation for my husband and I the year we turned 60. We had never travelled to a tropical country together before. The organization of the tours, the customer service, the accommodations, were all outstanding. We have not one bad thing to say. The first part of the tour to La Tortugaro and the Coffee/Cocoa Tour in the Arenal area were the two biggest highlights; but the whole thing, every day, every hour, was amazing! I would do it again in a heartbeat!
