A fine tour, here are some improvements: 1) ensure tourists are met at the airport. There was a problem with this, although I was reimbursed for cab fare. 2) Use more buses for transportation. Extensive use of public transportation (trams & trains), increases travel time and restricts free time to arrival/departure schedules.
